Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (including the Paulownia wood box).


Return Shipping

・If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.

・For customer convenience returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@edo-sensu.tokyo if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right.


Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our handcrafted products, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
