Shipping policy

1. Shipping Carrier & Handling

Handling time: 0–2 business days.

All orders are shipped directly from Japan. We use DHL Express for international orders and Japan Post for domestic orders to ensure fast and safe delivery to your doorstep.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Time

International: Approximately 2–3 business days via DHL Express.

Domestic (Japan): 1-2 business days via Japan Post.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance.

 

3. International Shipping Rates

Complimentary Worldwide Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders — both domestic and international — to provide a seamless experience for our collectors.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. TOKYO CRAFT PROJECT is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are collected by the carrier (DHL) at the time of delivery.

5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. International orders are tracked via DHL; domestic orders are tracked via Japan Post. You can follow every step of your package's journey from Tokyo to your home.

 

6. Pre-Order Shipments

For pre-ordered items, dispatch will occur within 1–2 business days of the item completion of the artisan's crafting process. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to ship. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
